Mentorship

Mentorship is for individuals who can offer practical guidance, insight, and expertise to participants as they develop their ideas. Whether your background is in leadership, planning, media, research, community work, or strategy, your support can help participants strengthen their thinking and present with greater clarity and confidence.

Judging

Judging is for those who can provide fair, objective, and thoughtful evaluation of projects and presentations using the event’s rubric and guidelines. Judges help ensure that submissions are assessed with consistency, integrity, and a clear focus on quality, responsibility, and potential impact.

Accountability is focused on following up with selected Venture participants after the event to help ensure that funded ideas are carried out responsibly. This role involves supporting proper follow-through, reviewing progress, and helping make sure sponsorship or award funds are being used in line with the project’s intended purpose.
